Accessibility Information
Accessible Seating
Wheelchair accessible seating is available in sections 106, 108, 110, 121, and 123 with a selection of sight lines and prices. If the demand for tickets is high, seats may sell out, as does seating for the general public. To assure accommodation, please purchase tickets early.
Accessible Parking
Parking attendants will direct guests to the accessible parking located near the Main Entrance. Anyone using the spaces must display the proper State Identification. Spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Drop-off | Pick Up
Drivers may drop off or pick up passengers with a mobility issue at the Main Entrance. Parking attendants will direct guests needing assistance to the respective areas for drop off and pick up.
Entrances | Elevators
The Main Entrance to Bojangles’ Coliseum is located off of Briar Creek Road. The elevator at Section 110 provides access to the lower concourse.
Concessions
Concession stands and food carts are located throughout the Coliseum. Courteous personnel, can read menus orally and assist in taking food to your seats, staff them. If you need additional assistance contact the nearest usher or Guest Services Representative.
Restrooms | Water Fountains | Telephones
Accessible restrooms and water fountains are available on the main and lower concourse.
Public telephones are located on the main concourse outside of Section 106. A TTY telephone is available in the Administrative Office near on the lower concourse.
Assistive Listening Devices
The Coliseum has an amplified listening system for guest convenience. System units are available at the Coliseum Administrative offices. To obtain an Assistive Listening Device, guests will need to present proper identification (state ID, etc.). These devices are free of charge.
Interpreters
Interpreters are available upon request. To provide qualified and appropriately prepared signers, we ask that you make your request at least three weeks before the performance. Every effort will be made to accommodate late requests, however, it will depend upon availability of a qualified interpreter for the deaf or hard of hearing. Please call 704.372.3600 to request this service.
First Aid | Emergency Situations
Licensed First Aid Technicians/EMT’s are on staff for all public events. If you need first aid assistance contact the nearest Usher, Security Guard, or Police Officer. The Bojangles’ Coliseum First Aid station is located on the lower level. In the event of an emergency please follow the directions of emergency personnel and staff.
