Group Sales Overview
The minimum group size varies by event, but generally ranges from 10-25 people. Please know that event dates, times, prices and other key information are subject to change.
Group coordinators and bus drivers are required to have tickets if they want to watch the show. However, some shows offer complimentary tickets for group leaders or bus drivers.
Tickets are assigned first-come/first-serve upon receiving payment; the earlier you send in your reservation order form, the better! Tickets are not held without payment.

Personal Service -- Our trained staff will process your orders by phone (Credit Cards), mail (Money Orders or Company Checks), fax (Credit Cards) or in person by appointment.
The Best Price -- Special discounts for groups are offered for many of our events.
No Penalty -- Until you send in payment for your tickets, you may increase or decrease your reservation without penalty.
Fund-Raising Opportunities -- Contact us for ideas on how your group can use tickets to raise proceeds for your organization.
Promotional Materials -- We can provide promotional copy for newsletters, as well as free posters or flyers to help you create excitement about the event within your organization.
Hospitality Options -- For select events, groups can arrange to purchase special box meals and/or dinners at the venue.
School Show Bag Lunch Policy -- Teachers and students are permitted to bring in "bag lunches and drinks" for any daytime school show performance at Bojangles’ Coliseum. Teachers, remember to bring garbage bags to police their areas after eating.

Special Events
If your group is interested in hosting a special event in our hospitality area before you enjoy your show, please contact Group Sales regarding rentals and facility.
Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you via contract. If you place an early reservation, this contract will be sent shortly after the event goes on sale to the public. Please, alert our Group Sales Department if you do not receive your contract or if the order does not match your records. Also, check your confirmation for the payment deadline.
Payment may be made by cash, company check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. All checks or money orders must be made payable to Bojangles’ Coliseum.
Payment may be made:
- over the phone with a credit card
- by mailing to Bojangles’ Coliseum Group Sales, 2700 East Independence Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28205
- in person at the Bojangles’ Coliseum. To pay in person, please schedule an appointment so that we can have your order processed and ready when you arrive.
All sales are final after payment is received.
If you pay via phone or mail, your tickets will be mailed to you after payment is received and tickets are officially on sale to the general public. If you prefer to pay for and pick up your tickets in person, please call ahead to schedule an appointment. Free parking is available at the Bojangles' Coliseum Main Entrance parking lot on non-event days.
Tickets ordered less than one week prior to the event will be left at Will Call. Photo identification will be required prior to releasing tickets. If someone other than the Group Coordinator will be picking up the tickets, please alert our Group Sales Department prior to the pickup. We do not release tickets to any party other than the Group Coordinator without prior authorization.
